Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during scheduled shift
- Able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers
- Comfortable working in an environment with flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises
Job Qualifications
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Possess an energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Experience in food service or hospitality preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service as they deliver food to guests
- Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately
- Assist with cross-training in various operational positions
- Handle cash and transactions responsibly
- Promote membership and Fun Pass sales to customers
