This exempt/non-exempt commissioned position offers earning potential from commissions on memberships and Fun Passes, paid bi-weekly, providing incentives for motivated team members. Servers are empowered through cross-training across various positions to deliver the greatest service. The server role requires energetic, enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about delivering superior customer service. Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during shifts
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and coworkers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
