Job Requirements
- be at least 15 years of age
- available to work various shifts
- excellent customer service skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during scheduled shift
- ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift
- able to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers
- willing to work in an environment with flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in customer service or food service roles is an asset
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- ability to work flexible shifts
Job Duties
- provide excellent customer service by delivering food to guests
- maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- handle guest requests and resolve complaints professionally
- operate point-of-sale systems accurately
- assist in promoting membership and Fun Pass sales
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
