Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others
- Willingness to comply with company health and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to handle physical demands of the role
- Basic math skills to manage transactions and commissions
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by delivering food to guests
- Promote and sell memberships and Fun Passes to guests to maximize sales commissions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Assist in handling guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and operational procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
