Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Available to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk, and squat during shifts
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to work in an environment with flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noise
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior customer service or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by delivering food to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Assist in cross-training for multiple roles within the restaurant
- Promote membership and Fun Pass sales to customers
- Adhere to health and safety standards and protocols
- Support a positive, energetic atmosphere for guests and coworkers
