Cast Members are empowered through extensive cross-training across various positions, providing broad experience and growth opportunities. This role features a commission-based pay structure that includes potential earnings from selling memberships and Fun Passes, paid bi-weekly, as well as competitive hourly wages for non-exempt employees. Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Available to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk, and squat during shifts
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to work in an environment with flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noise
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior customer service or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
