Job Requirements
- be at least 15 years of age
- available to work various shifts
- excellent customer service skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during shifts
- able to interact effectively with guests and coworkers
- capable of working in an environment with flashing lights and loud noises
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in customer service or food service desirable
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- ability to handle job stress and work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- greet and serve guests promptly and courteously
- deliver food and beverages efficiently and accurately
- maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
- process transactions and manage cash responsibly
- assist in cross-training for various positions
- provide excellent customer service to enhance guest experience
- adhere to health and safety procedures
