Job Requirements
- be at least 15 years of age
- availability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
- excellent customer service skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk, and squat during shifts
- ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others
- pass background check when required
- willingness to comply with health and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- basic math skills for handling payments and commissions
- willingness to learn and take on multiple roles
Job Duties
- provide great customer service to guests
- deliver food orders accurately and promptly
- maintain cleanliness and organization of serving areas
- handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- work collaboratively with team members across different roles
- follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- promote membership and fun pass sales through knowledgeable interaction
