Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shifts
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and coworkers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- Provide timely and friendly service delivering food to guests
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing customer needs and requests
- Collaborate with team members to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Handle guest payments and process transactions accurately
- Assist with setup and cleanup of dining areas
- Follow health and safety standards and company policies
- Engage with guests creating a welcoming environment
