This role is hourly paid between $16.90 and $17.90, with additional commission opportunities based on sales of memberships and Fun Passes ranging from $0.50 to $10 per membership and from $0.15 to $3 per Fun Pass for exempt employees, and varying accordingly for non-exempt employees. Servers are integral team members who provide excellent customer service by delivering food to guests efficiently and enthusiastically. At Chuck E. Cheese, Cast Members gain valuable experience with cross-training in a variety of positions, promoting a culture of growth and internal promotion—over 60 percent of managers started as Cast Members.

Servers are empowered to create a fun, friendly atmosphere while maintaining high health and sanitation standards to ensure the safety and well-being of guests and teammates. This position requires physical stamina to carry or lift objects up to 50 pounds and perform a range of movements including standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, walking, and squatting throughout the shift.
