Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shift
- Willingness to comply with company policies and health standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to multitask effectively under pressure
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by delivering food promptly to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Work collaboratively with team members across different roles
- Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment
- Assist in setting up and breaking down service areas
- Uphold company standards in guest interactions and service quality
