Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during shifts
- Capability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others
- Compliance with background checks if required
- Willingness to follow health and safety standards
- Support for diversity and inclusion policies
Job Qualifications
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrate an energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Prior experience in customer service or food service is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service to guests while delivering food
- Promote and sell memberships and Fun Passes to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of serving areas
- Assist with guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Follow health and safety regulations during food handling and service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Handle cash transactions accurately when required
