Peter Piper Pizza offers a unique neighborhood pizzeria experience that combines quality food, fun entertainment, and memorable moments for families. The philosophy "The Fun is Baked In" reflects the company's focus on creating joy through amusement and connection. Both Chuck E. Cheese and Peter Piper Pizza promote play to enhance physical wellness and motor skills for children through their interactive attractions.

CEC Entertainment operates nearly 600 Chuck E. Cheese locations and over 120 Peter Piper Pizza venues across 45 states and 18 countries. The company prides itself on fostering a culture of diversity, inclusion, and a strong emphasis on fun, uniting families worldwide.

The role of Server at Chuck E. Cheese is an excellent opportunity for first-time job seekers and those looking to build a rewarding career in hospitality and entertainment. Servers play a vital role in delivering exceptional service by providing food to guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. Servers receive competitive pay along with commission opportunities based on membership and fun pass sales. The position offers a "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" payment program which allows employees to receive earnings more frequently than traditional pay cycles.

Servers at Chuck E. Cheese are empowered through comprehensive cross-training across various positions, allowing dynamic and diverse workdays. This training enables Cast Members to develop new skills and enhances their customer service capabilities. Over 60% of management is promoted from within, which testifies to the strong career development culture at CEC Entertainment.

The company emphasizes a team-oriented atmosphere where employees enjoy flexible scheduling, employee discounts on meals, scholarship opportunities, various perks, and an employee referral program. Additionally, the CEC Cares Fund supports employees in times of crises and emergencies, illustrating the company’s commitment to its workforce's well-being.

In this physically active role, servers must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, and performing movements such as standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, walking, and squatting during shifts. Effective communication and the ability to manage work-related stress are critical, as employees regularly interact with guests and co-workers in an environment featuring flashing lights, mechanical noise, and occasional loud sounds. CEC maintains stringent health and sanitation standards designed to meet or exceed local regulations, ensuring a safe workplace for team members and guests alike.

CEC Entertainment champions diversity and inclusion as fundamental to its culture, ensuring equal employment opportunities regardless of race, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic.
