This job offers both exempt and non-exempt employment types with commission-based earning potential. Commission for exempt employees ranges from $0.50 to $10.00 per Membership sold and $0.15 to $3.00 per Fun Pass sold, paid bi-weekly. Non-exempt employees can earn commissions ranging from $2.00 to $8.00 per Membership and $0.60 to $2.40 per Fun Pass, also paid bi-weekly. Additionally, the company offers a unique "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program that allows employees to access their earnings without waiting for the standard pay period.
