The role offers commission potential, with exempt employees earning between $0.50 to $10.00 per membership sold and between $0.15 to $3.00 per Fun Pass sold, while non-exempt employees have commission potential ranging from $2.00 to $8.00 for memberships and $0.60 to $2.40 for Fun Passes, with payments made bi-weekly.

Server candidates should be at least 16 years old, possess excellent customer service skills, exhibit an energetic and enthusiastic personality, and be flexible to work various shifts.
