Job Requirements

Be at least 15 years of age
Available to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Excellent customer service skills
Energetic and enthusiastic personality
Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during shifts
Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers
Willingness to adhere to health and safety protocols

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is an advantage
Ability to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Energetic and enthusiastic personality with excellent communication skills
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards

Job Duties

Provide excellent customer service by delivering food to guests promptly and courteously
Engage with guests in a friendly and positive manner to enhance their dining experience
Operate in various positions through cross-training to support team flexibility
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas according to health and safety standards
Handle cash, membership, and Fun Pass sales while explaining benefits to guests
Assist in maintaining safety by adhering to operational procedures and company policies
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
