Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively in a team
- Capability to handle physical requirements of the role, including standing for long periods
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Understanding of health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Delight our guests by bringing an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively looking for ways to make their meal experience special
- Master the menu by learning the details of all menu items, promotions, and specials to help guests and answer their questions with confidence
- Serve with efficiency and care by taking food and beverage orders, entering them into the point-of-sale system, and delivering completed orders promptly with attention to detail
- Manage the food service station by ensuring it is always fully stocked, clean, and organized
- Comply with regulatory standards by maintaining compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
