Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively in a team
  • Capability to handle physical requirements of the role, including standing for long periods
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Understanding of health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions

Job Duties

  • Master the menu by learning the details of all menu items, promotions, and specials to help guests and answer their questions with confidence
  • Serve with efficiency and care by taking food and beverage orders, entering them into the point-of-sale system, and delivering completed orders promptly with attention to detail
  • Manage the food service station by ensuring it is always fully stocked, clean, and organized
  • Comply with regulatory standards by maintaining compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
