- Professional, personable, organized with a sense of humor and strong passion for hospitality

- Fluency in English

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional hospitality with a friendly and engaging demeanor for every guest
- Greet guests promptly and professionally, take accurate orders, and use suggestive selling techniques to enhance the dining experience
- Act as a Brand Ambassador by sharing information about Carmine’s and Virgil’s locations and encouraging guests to return for special events and catering opportunities
- Continuously deliver high levels of customer service while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to ensure food orders are accurate and timely
- Expedite and deliver food orders quickly and correctly, servers may also be scheduled for food runner shifts
- Serve food and beverages promptly once the full order is ready, adhering to established service timelines
- Complete all assigned side work and closing duties at the end of each shift
- Work as part of a cohesive front-of-house and kitchen team to ensure every guest enjoys the best possible dining experience
- Other duties as assigned by Manager
