This role focuses on providing exemplary food and beverage service to guests within the Sycuan community, specifically within the restaurant areas operated by the Tribe. As a Food and Beverage Server, your primary responsibility will be to welcome guests warmly, assist them with menu inquiries, and ensure timely and accurate order taking and delivery. You'll use point of sale systems efficiently to enter orders, apply discounts, and manage transactions with accuracy and professionalism.

Beyond the fundamental duties of food and beverage service, this position plays a critical role in promoting guest relations by offering relevant information on promotions, contests, and giveaways, contributing to an engaging and memorable guest experience. A focus on responsible alcohol service is also integral, emphasizing compliance with established policies, including checking identification, monitoring consumption, and ensuring the environment remains safe and enjoyable for all patrons.

Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across dining areas is essential, which involves regular cleaning, waste disposal, and maintaining well-stocked and organized service stations. This role requires physical stamina to stand and walk extended periods, carry serving trays, and perform various physical activities like bending and lifting.
