Job Duties
- Greet all guests warmly and professionally at their tables reflecting the Bergdorf Goodman brand and service standards
- Guide guests expertly through the menu demonstrating deep knowledge of ingredients preparation methods and premium beverage pairings
- Take accurate food and beverage orders ensuring seamless communication with the kitchen and bar staff regarding dietary restrictions or preferences
- Serve courses with precision timing and impeccable tableside etiquette to ensure optimal dining flow
- Accommodate special guest requests VIP clients and styling patrons with the utmost discretion and professionalism
- Monitor tables continuously to ensure guest comfort proactively clearing courses and refilling beverages without prompting
- Process payments efficiently accurately and handle guest inquiries with supreme courtesy and poise
- Support opening running and closing side work duties to maintain a pristine elegant dining room
