Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift, handle and carry trays, smallwares and equipment weighing up to 35 pounds
- must have good sense of balance and be able to bend, kneel, stoop, reach and squat frequently
- must be able to use fingers continuously to operate point-of-sale equipment and prepare and serve food and beverage items
- prior restaurant hospitality experience
- successful completion of restaurant training program
- proven ability to work toward common goals with others

Job Duties
- Set-up and restock service stations before, during and after service
- restock glassware, ice and other items needed for the bar
- communicate guest requests to service staff
- perform duties and maintain knowledge of standards and procedures
- obtain station assignments and complete opening and side work duties
- return dirty dishware, glassware, utensils and linen to dishwashing area
- reset vacated tables according to procedures
- assist service and steward staff in spot cleaning in dining room
- lift, handle and carry trays, smallwares and equipment up to 35 pounds
- bend, kneel, stoop, reach and squat frequently
- operate point-of-sale equipment and prepare and serve food and beverage items
