Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant setting
- experience with Toast POS system
- certification in food safety or responsible alcohol service
Job Duties
- Greet and engage guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain any specials and/or restaurant promotions to guests
- take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, clearing of any food and/or beverage items, etc
- open and close dining room according to predetermined process
- serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring timely delivery
- abide by all state and federal regulations and restaurant liquor policies pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests
- complete daily and weekly cleaning and maintenance tasks around restaurant
- dedication to maintaining a safe, comfortable, and fun environment for guests and staff
- exceptional customer service is hugely important to our business model
- must be a people person!
- handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their dining experience
