Additionally, the A la Carte Server acts as a face of the Club, reflecting its culture and values through impeccable customer service and proactive engagement. This role requires an individual who is quick on their feet both physically and mentally, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of teamwork. Key aspects of the position involve working closely with kitchen and bar staff, taking and entering accurate orders into the POS system, managing special requests including dietary restrictions, and ensuring cleanliness and organization of the service area in compliance with health and safety rules. The A la Carte Server contributes significantly toward achieving the Club's strategic objectives by supporting a seamless food and beverage operation while enhancing member satisfaction. Job Duties

  • Establish a welcoming and professional environment for members to feel comfortable and confident knowing that they can count on you to look after their dining needs
  • Keep members up to date on specials and menu changes, making recommendations that members will enjoy
  • Help answer questions about food, drinks and other Club activities and upcoming events
  • Allow members to place food and beverage orders and enter them into our POS system that sends them to the kitchen
  • Quickly deliver food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to members
  • Identify and communicate special requests, including dietary restrictions
  • Side work at the beginning and end of every shift as needed by your service station assignment
  • Keep clean service areas by adhering to sanitation, health and safety regulations
  • Clear and reset tables
  • Observe members' dining experience
  • Ensure members are happy with their food and service
  • Respond quickly and politely to any requests
