The Food Runner position is a vital role within our restaurant team. It involves the presentation, carrying, and running of food orders to the guests while adhering to the highest restaurant standards. You will be the link between the kitchen and our guests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of all menu items while providing a friendly and informative service experience by describing our dishes accurately. This role also includes clearing plates and ensuring the dining area remains clean and pleasant. The position requires a team player who is flexible, able to work weekends and holidays, physically active, and capable of operating company vehicles like golf carts safely. Compensation for this role is competitively set between $16.00 and $22.00 per hour, based on your experience and skill level. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in a food and beverage service preferred
- Experience related to dealing with the general public preferred
- Must have excellent verbal communication skills
- Must be able to communicate with guests, team members, and managers effectively
- Basic knowledge and understanding of math
- Must be able to exercise judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and awareness of company goals
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand on feet for an extended period
- Must be able to operate a company vehicle or golf cart safely
- Must have flexibility to work weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
