Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- must be 21 years or older to serve alcoholic beverages
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- good communication skills

- ability to follow cash handling procedures
- willingness to maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas

Job Duties
- welcome guests and take food and beverage orders
- have a full understanding of the menu and offer recommendations
- communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff
- recognize and resolve guest concerns to maintain an elevated dining experience
- maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- assist guests with food and beverage selections and promote specials
- process payments following prescribed cash procedures
- ensure alcoholic beverages are served only to guests aged 21 and over
- maintain quality and service standards for beverages and snacks
- perform cart setup and breakdown procedures
