Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications such as Alcohol Awareness and Food Handler's Card
- Ability to stand, lift, bend, and move for extended periods during shifts
- Capability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations effectively
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service and maintaining cleanliness standards
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Create warm, memorable dining moments by greeting guests with a smile, taking accurate orders, and ensuring every need is met
- Know the menu inside and out including ingredients, dietary needs, daily specials, and alcohol service guidelines
- Deliver food and drinks quickly and accurately to maintain guest satisfaction
- Manage service of multiple tables smoothly while keeping spaces clean and staying calm under pressure
- Handle payment transactions precisely, close checks confidently, and follow security protocols
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of service areas, adhering to hygiene and certification standards
- Stay energized and physically capable throughout the shift, including lifting and moving with stamina
