Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications such as Alcohol Awareness and Food Handler's Card
Ability to stand, lift, bend, and move for extended periods during shifts
Capability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations effectively
Commitment to providing excellent customer service and maintaining cleanliness standards

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to engage professionally with guests and coworkers
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Must obtain and maintain required certifications such as Alcohol Awareness and Food Handler's Card according to state regulations

Job Duties

Create warm, memorable dining moments by greeting guests with a smile, taking accurate orders, and ensuring every need is met
Know the menu inside and out including ingredients, dietary needs, daily specials, and alcohol service guidelines
Deliver food and drinks quickly and accurately to maintain guest satisfaction
Manage service of multiple tables smoothly while keeping spaces clean and staying calm under pressure
Handle payment transactions precisely, close checks confidently, and follow security protocols
Maintain cleanliness and safety of service areas, adhering to hygiene and certification standards
Stay energized and physically capable throughout the shift, including lifting and moving with stamina
