With a reputation for rejecting the status quo, Geronimo Hospitality Group cultivates a workplace culture that values creativity, hard work, and boundary-pushing. The group is recognized for creating unique destinations rather than mere pit stops, setting the standard high in the hospitality industry rather than trying to raise the bar. This dynamic environment fosters a strong sense of community among its team members, encouraging them to take ownership, make meaningful contributions, and continuously improve the guest experience.

One of the standout locations within this group is the Beloit Club, renowned as one of Wisconsin's premier country club lifestyles. The club boasts an award-winning 18-hole golf course, family-friendly pool areas, an impressive 24,000-square-foot clubhouse, and exceptional dining experiences that cater to diverse tastes. Working at the Beloit Club means being part of a community that appreciates high-quality amenities and outstanding service.

The role offered is a part-time Server position, where the successful candidate will play an essential role in delivering memorable guest experiences. The Server is entrusted with taking and delivering food and beverage orders promptly, offering knowledgeable recommendations about menu items and specials, and maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. The position requires close collaboration with restaurant management, chefs, and bartenders to ensure that customer needs are met with precision and care.

Geronimo Hospitality Group supports its employees by providing a comprehensive benefits package, including employee discounts, paid time off, training and development opportunities, 401K plans, medical benefits, 24/7 online care, and pet insurance. The company is committed to fostering a competitive yet supportive environment where employees can build their future and thrive. The server role not only demands professionalism and attention to detail but also embraces a fun and positive attitude, encouraging team members to leave their baggage at the door and contribute to a lively, memorable atmosphere.

If you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys interacting with guests, and is passionate about providing top-tier service, this opportunity at Geronimo Hospitality Group could be the perfect fit. The company values respect, clear communication, and team spirit, offering a unique chance to be part of a team that truly stands out in the hospitality field.
