The role of Server / Beertender at Atwater Brewery & Biergarten is a dynamic position that plays a critical part in delivering exceptional service to guests in the taproom. This position requires a personable, knowledgeable, and passionate individual who is enthusiastic about craft beer and hospitality. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting and serving guests in a friendly and timely manner, providing detailed knowledge about the beer, cocktail, and food menus, and ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and well-informed. The Server / Beertender must be confident serving both tables and behind the bar, delivering an outstanding customer experience through attentive and professional service.

In this role, the Server / Beertender will also educate guests about the company, its history, and its beers, helping to enhance their appreciation of the brewery's unique offerings. Responsibilities include processing payments accurately, delivering food and drinks to customers, maintaining cleanliness and adhering to sanitation standards throughout the pub, and acting in accordance with the company’s core values of honesty, respect, and integrity.
