Job Duties
- Support the company's mission and corporate values
- act with honesty, respect and integrity, in the taproom and with each other
- greet and serve guests in a friendly and timely manner
- be knowledgeable about beer, cocktail and food menus
- endeavor to up-sell food, beer and specials
- confidently and comfortably serve tables and behind the bar
- educate guests on the company, history and the beer
- receive and process payments on proper terminals
- deliver food and drinks to customers
- assist in keeping pub clean and following sanitation requirements
- adhere to proper hygiene
- attendance required per company policy
- perform other tasks as assigned
