Job Requirements
- Proof of age and legal eligibility to serve alcohol
- Completion of basic food handling training and obtaining local or state mandated certification where required
- Completion of Safe Alcohol Service training
- Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications
- Proof of legal age for serving alcohol according to state laws
- Completion of basic food handling training and any local or state mandated certification or food handler permit
- Completion of Safe Alcohol Service training program

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner
- Possess full knowledge of bar and menu items in a fast-paced environment to enhance the guest experience
- Accurately record food and beverage orders from guests in a timely manner
- Responsible for all transactions done on assigned register including proper cash balance and issuing correct tickets
- Verify identification to confirm guests are at least 21 years of age for all alcohol transactions
- Ensure that alcohol is consumed in designated areas only
- Consistently use suggestive selling techniques
- Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure that food orders are accurate
- Consistently wipe down and sanitize employee and guest high-contact areas
- Properly utilize personal protective equipment while completing position specific tasks
- Adapt to the frequency and scope of required cleaning tasks
- Monitor safety and security issues and report to management
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned
