Job Requirements
- proof of age with associates who will be serving, pouring, or mixing alcoholic beverages needing to be 18 and in some states 21
- completion of basic food handling training and any local or state mandated certification, health card, or food handlers permit where required
- completion of Safe Alcohol Service training program for team members working with alcohol
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- regular and consistent attendance
- energetic and friendly attitude during each shift
- provides excellent guest service
- accurate cash handling and basic math skills
- interpersonal skills with effective verbal and written communication in English
- ability to work in a team and independently

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- greet guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner
- possess full knowledge of bar and menu items in a fast-paced environment to enhance the guest experience
- accurately record food and beverage orders from guests in a timely manner
- responsible for all transactions done on assigned register including maintaining proper cash balance, distributing correct tickets, logging off when away, and reporting any concerns to management
- verify identification to confirm guests are at least 21 years of age for all alcohol transactions
- ensure that alcohol is consumed in designated areas only
- consistently use suggestive selling techniques
- collaborate with kitchen team to ensure food orders are accurate
- consistently wipe down and sanitize employee and guest high-contact areas
- properly utilize personal protective equipment while completing position specific tasks
- adapt to the frequency and scope of required cleaning tasks
- monitor safety and security issues and report to management
- perform other work-related duties as assigned
