Job Requirements

Proof of age
Completion of basic food handling training and any required local or state certification
Completion of Safe Alcohol Service training
Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Regular and consistent attendance
Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift
Excellent guest service skills
Accurate cash handling and basic math skills
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Ability to converse in and comprehend English
Ability to work both independently and in a team
Ability to follow directions
Physical ability to perform frequent bending, kneeling, lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, and walking
Comfortable working in a moderate to high noise environment
Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

Basic food handling training and any local or state mandated certification or food handlers permit
Completion of Safe Alcohol Service training program
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Experience in customer service or related fields preferred
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to take and follow directions
Energetic and friendly attitude
Basic math and cash handling skills

Job Duties

Greet guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner
Possess full knowledge of bar and menu items in a fast-paced environment to enhance the guest experience
Accurately record food and beverage orders from guests in a timely manner
Handle all transactions on assigned register including cash balance and ticket distribution
Verify identification to confirm guests are at least 21 years of age for all alcohol transactions
Ensure alcohol is consumed in designated areas only
Use suggestive selling techniques consistently
Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure accurate food orders
Wipe down and sanitize employee and guest high-contact areas
Utilize personal protective equipment properly while completing tasks
Adapt to the frequency and scope of required cleaning tasks
Monitor safety and security issues and report to management
Perform other work-related duties as assigned
