Job Requirements
- Proof of age as legally required for alcohol service
- Completion of basic food handling training and any local/state certifications as required
- Ability to complete safe alcohol service training program
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Energetic and friendly attitude
- Excellent guest service skills
- Accurate cash handling and basic math skills

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food and beverage roles helpful
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Knowledge of basic food handling and safety practices
- Ability to understand and effectively communicate in English
- Willingness to cross-train in other theater roles
Job Duties
- Greet guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner
- Possess full knowledge of bar and menu items in a fast-paced environment to enhance the guest experience
- Accurately record food and beverage orders from guests in a timely manner
- Responsible for all transactions done on assigned register including proper cash balance and correct ticket distribution
- Verify guest identification to confirm legal drinking age for all alcohol transactions
- Ensure alcohol is consumed in designated areas only
- Use suggestive selling techniques consistently
- Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure food order accuracy
- Consistently wipe down and sanitize employee and guest high-contact areas
- Properly utilize personal protective equipment
- Adapt to required cleaning tasks frequency and scope
- Monitor safety and security issues and report to management
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned
