Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience as a server or in customer service preferred
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work evenings and weekends
- basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- ability to handle cash and process payments accurately
- strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties
- greet and make welcome each guest seated in any assigned station
- guide guests through all phases of dining including order taking
- maintain tables ensuring cleanliness and readiness
- deliver prepared food to the appropriate guest within two minutes of completed order production
- process checks and handle payment transactions accurately
- provide fast, friendly and professional customer service to guests, staff, and culinary team
- coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery
