Currently, The Phelps is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bartender to join its vibrant team. The Bartender role is central to upholding the hotel’s reputation for exceptional guest experiences by delivering genuine and personable service from the moment guests arrive until their departure. This position requires a professional who is quick on their feet, engaging, and passionate about creating meaningful connections with guests. The role involves expertly preparing beverages, guiding guests through the beverage menu with descriptive selling techniques, accurately taking orders including special requests, and mastering the details that enhance guest conversations and experiences. Collaboration with other restaurant and bar staff is essential, as is the ability to handle guest concerns gracefully and ensure their satisfaction.
