Job Requirements
- Must have open availability including holidays and weekends
- Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift
- Ability to safely move, pull, carry, or lift at least 20lbs
- Energetic and enthusiastic with a great attitude
- Previous bartending and serving experience
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including holidays and weekends
- Must maintain a clean-shaven and well-groomed appearance
Job Qualifications
- At least two years of experience in a similar serving capacity
- At least two years of bartending experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Problem solving skills under pressure
- Previous wine knowledge
- Experience working flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Clean-shaven and well-groomed appearance
Job Duties
- Play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction and overall service
- Understand and describe the menu to guests
- Make cocktails and bartend
- Provide food and drink pairing recommendations with a positive and approachable attitude
- Complete pre-service and post-service duties including preparing the dining room for service
- Communicate seamlessly with FOH and BOH staff to ensure successful service
- Accurately enter orders into POS in a timely manner
- Ensure food orders are finished and coursed before serving
- Clean and stock service stations
- Polish silverware and glassware as needed
- Assist other stations or areas when requested by management
