Rodizio Grill is an authentic Brazilian steakhouse located in downtown Chattanooga that provides a unique dining experience by offering a variety of grilled meats served tableside by skilled gauchos. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dependable Servers and Bartenders to join our bustling downtown Chattanooga location. This is a part-time opportunity offering competitive pay ranging from $16.00 to $24.52 per hour, with the potential for tips. Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions
  • Commitment to excellent guest service

Job Duties

  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and bar areas
  • Cross-train as bartenders to prepare and serve beverages
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth service flow
