Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- willing and able to work flexible day and evening shifts
- possess or willing to obtain a Louisiana Responsible Vendor (RV) Server Permit
- ability to lift and carry 10-55 lbs
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- consistent and reliable attendance
- positive attitude and commitment to uphold company standards
- willingness to participate in training programs
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food service or bartending preferred but not required
- knowledge of food safety standards
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- customer service orientation
Job Duties
- serve food and beverages to customers and ensure guest satisfaction
- prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to provide seamless service
- handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
- process transactions accurately and efficiently
