The Quail is currently seeking a Server-Bartender to join its outstanding Food & Beverage team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals with bartending experience who aspire to deliver exceptional guest service while supporting efficient day-to-day operations. The position demands proficiency in preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, interacting warmly with guests, and ensuring compliance with food and beverage regulations. Successful candidates will be responsible for restocking bar inventory, taking and serving orders, selling food and drinks at the Club’s dining outlets, and maintaining a consistent, quality experience for every customer. This is a position that requires multitasking capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for food, wine, and hospitality education. The Server-Bartender will receive ongoing training provided by management to stay updated on industry standards and elevate the overall guest experience.

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must have 2 to 4 years of bartending experience
- Food Handler's and Responsible Beverage Service certification required
- Must be able to work early morning, day, weekend and holiday shifts as needed
- Prior experience in food and beverage
- Ability to multitask
- Have great communication skills

Job Duties
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant guests
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Ensure each guest receives consistent services and products
- Sell and serve food and beverage to guests in the Club's dining outlets
- Execute all duties as requested by immediate supervisors
- Understand and perform basic table service
- Responsible for ongoing food, wine and service education provided by management
