Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- physical ability to stand and move for extended periods
- knowledge of basic math for cash handling
- familiarity with POS systems is highly desirable
Job Qualifications
- Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently
- proven sales ability through upselling drinks or menu items
- prior fine dining or nightclub experience
- knowledge of food safety protocols and responsible alcohol service
- excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
- basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
- ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment
- experience in the food industry or hospitality sector
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining a lively, engaging atmosphere
- ensure food safety and proper handling of all menu items according to health regulations
- manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and processing payments accurately
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, bar, and service stations
- collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues promptly
- assist with catering, banquet, or nightclub events as needed to ensure seamless service delivery
- demonstrate excellent customer service skills by addressing guest needs proactively and professionally
- uphold food industry standards for hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol serving practices
