Job Requirements
- Food handler’s permit required
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability and willingness to work a varied and flexible schedule including weekends, days, nights, and holidays
- Must tolerate prolonged periods of standing, walking
- occasional kneeling, bending, and stooping
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed, push up to 75 pounds as needed
- Must tolerate exposure to cleaning solutions
Job Qualifications

- Prior customer service or food service experience preferred
- Knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage service

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and ensure a friendly, welcoming environment
- Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages according to standardized recipes
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods
- Prepare and present food and beverages attractively and consistently
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed at all times
- Assist with stocking and restocking food, beverage, and barista supplies
- Accurately process cash, credit card, and room charge transactions using the point-of-sale system
- Balance cash drawer and reconcile payments at the end of each shift
- Follow all company procedures for handling financial transactions and safeguarding assets
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth service operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, barista station, and dining space
- Bus, clean and reset tables and bar area for next guest
- Complete pre- and post-shift responsibilities including stocking, cleaning, mopping floors, cleaning service areas
- Follow all sanitation and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance issues or damaged equipment
- Maintain professionalism with coworkers and guests
- Other duties may be assigned by management
