Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages according to standardized recipes
  • Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods
  • Prepare and present food and beverages attractively and consistently
  • Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed at all times
  • Assist with stocking and restocking food, beverage, and barista supplies
  • Accurately process cash, credit card, and room charge transactions using the point-of-sale system
  • Balance cash drawer and reconcile payments at the end of each shift
  • Follow all company procedures for handling financial transactions and safeguarding assets
  • Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth service operations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, barista station, and dining space
  • Bus, clean and reset tables and bar area for next guest
  • Complete pre- and post-shift responsibilities including stocking, cleaning, mopping floors, cleaning service areas
  • Follow all sanitation and safety guidelines
  • Report any maintenance issues or damaged equipment
  • Maintain professionalism with coworkers and guests
  • Other duties may be assigned by management
