Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

- Prior cafe barista or serving experience preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive responsive service
- Take and accurately enter food and beverage orders
- Prepare coffee espresso drinks teas and other beverages to standard recipes
- Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner counter and table service
- Make menu recommendations and answer questions about food beverages and allergens
- Process payments and handle cash credit transactions
- Maintain clean organized workstations and service areas
- Restock supplies displays and service stations as needed
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond quickly to needs
- Assist with side work opening closing duties and general cafe upkeep
- Support teammates to ensure smooth and efficient operations
