The role offered is for a Barback at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel, a position integral to ensuring exceptional beverage service throughout the property. This position supports bartenders and beverage servers by maintaining a steady stock of beverages and supplies, cleaning, and preparing glassware, and assisting with service during events and daily operations. The Barback is responsible for ensuring that all bars are stocked before and during functions, restocking post-event, and assisting with monthly inventory and beverage storeroom organization. Physical tasks such as transporting food trays, keeping public areas clean, and managing service ware are essential components of the role.

Beyond technical duties, the ideal candidate will embrace the customer-first philosophy of Loews Hotels & Co. The role requires standing and physical exertion throughout shifts, requiring stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
