We are currently seeking a hospitality-driven Server / Bar Support Team Member to join our team at the Aon Center. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in engaging with guests, supporting bar operations, and contributing to an elevated lounge atmosphere. The position offers a consistent weekday schedule from Tuesday through Thursday, with shifts starting at 3:00 PM and continuing until service concludes, along with occasional opportunities to participate in tenant engagement events starting as early as 11:00 AM.
As a Server / Bar Support Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering hospitality excellence and maintaining a polished lounge environment that exudes professionalism and warmth. You will be responsible for providing attentive service to guests throughout the lounge, clearing and resetting tables to ensure a welcoming atmosphere, and assisting with bar duties including collecting glassware, supporting restocking efforts, and participating in bartending training sessions. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basset certification required
- Food handler certification required
- Allergen awareness certification required
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift or carry supplies

- Willingness to work Tuesday through Thursday afternoon shifts

Job Duties
- Serve guests throughout the lounge with professionalism and hospitality
- Clear and reset tables as needed to maintain a clean and welcoming environment
- Collect empty glassware, return items to the bar, and assist with washing, polishing, and storage when time permits
- Remove used food plates and transport them to the dish area
- Support the team with restocking bar, beverage, and service supplies
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the lounge
- Participate in bartending training and support bar operations as needed
- Assist with tenant engagement events and special activations
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional service and maintain operational standards
