The role available is for a part-time Server at Banners Kitchen and Tap located in Boston, Massachusetts. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic dining environment. As a Server, you will be the face of the restaurant, responsible for greeting and attending to guests’ needs, presenting menus, communicating specials, and taking food and beverage orders with accuracy and professionalism. This is a tipped position with an hourly wage of $6.75, not including any tips earned. The role demands strong interpersonal skills, the ability to collaborate with kitchen and bar staff, and adherence to responsible alcohol service policies. Beyond order taking and service, servers will also be involved in opening and closing duties, cleaning, and maintaining organized workspaces.
