At Banners Kitchen and Tap, a part of the Patina Group operated by Delaware North, they are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable part-time Servers to join their team. As a Server, you will act as a vital representative of the restaurant by delivering exceptional service that leaves a lasting impression on each guest. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, communicating menu options and daily specials clearly, taking food and beverage orders, ensuring timely and accurate order delivery, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. The position requires collaboration with kitchen, bar, and fellow server staff to ensure a smooth, enjoyable dining experience for patrons.

The part-time server role offers a starting pay rate of $6.75 per hour plus tips, emphasizing the importance of providing excellent service that encourages gratuity. While high school diploma or GED is not mandatory, experience in cash handling and credit card processing is beneficial, as is prior serving experience in a high-volume environment. The position requires physical endurance including the ability to lift up to 35 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and possess good visual and auditory awareness to efficiently take orders and manage payments.
