As part of Quorum Hospitality, a nationally recognized hotel management company managing some of the most esteemed hospitality brands including Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, and IHG, Azucar Restaurant embraces a culture that values integrity, innovation, and guest satisfaction. Quorum Hospitality has been a prominent leader in the hospitality industry since 1987, and its commitment to excellence is deeply reflected in every property and team member they support. With headquarters in Plano, Texas, and Newport Beach, California, the company prides itself on offering outstanding career opportunities through a diverse portfolio and a focus on growth and collaboration.

Join our team as a Bartender at Azucar Restaurant where you will be an essential part of the hospitality experience. In this role, you will be entrusted with crafting excellent beverages while creating an inviting and warm environment at the bar. Your role extends beyond making drinks — you will greet guests, engage them personally, and ensure they feel valued from the moment they approach the bar. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized bar area, managing inventory to control costs effectively, and adhering to all safety and alcohol service regulations. Operating the point of sale system efficiently and accurately is also key to your daily responsibilities, alongside ensuring smooth bar operations through teamwork and cooperation with your colleagues.

This position offers an hourly pay starting at $17.50 plus tips, providing a rewarding compensation structure that recognizes your skills and dedication. Ideal candidates will bring at least one year of bartending experience in a bar, restaurant, or hotel setting, combined with a high school diploma or equivalent, and necessary certifications such as Alcohol Awareness and Food Handlers. Flexibility in schedule and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential to succeed in this role.

Working with Quorum Hospitality offers you access to comprehensive health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance after just 30 days of employment. The company supports your financial security with a 401(k) retirement plan featuring a generous company match, and values your personal development by providing tuition reimbursement. Additional perks include holidays and paid time off, travel discounts across Quorum's hotel properties, and a daily pay option that adds flexibility to how you access your earnings. Join Azucar Restaurant and Quorum Hospitality to build your career in a company that fosters a supportive and growth-oriented environment, where your contributions help create memorable experiences for every guest.
