The Ritz-Carlton Lake Tahoe is currently seeking dedicated and detailed-oriented team members for the position in their Food and Beverage department, specifically within the Lobby Lounge. This full-time, non-management role offers a competitive hourly wage of $16.90 and is ideal for candidates with open availability, including day shifts and seasonal work. Employees in this role are essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the lounge by maintaining cleanliness, stocking supplies, and providing excellent service that meets the high standards of The Ritz-Carlton brand.

Responsibilities include performing comprehensive closing duties such as storing reusable goods, breaking down materials, and cleaning all equipment and areas thoroughly. Team members are expected to follow clean-as-you-go procedures to maintain a hygienic workspace throughout the day. Other critical duties involve inspecting and ensuring the presentation quality of all china, glassware, and silverware before use, restocking items promptly, and securing all storage areas like refrigerators. Additionally, the role requires adherence to all safety protocols, including reporting any incidents or unsafe conditions to management and completing mandatory safety training and certifications.

Beyond the physical tasks, the role calls for professionalism in guest interactions, including welcoming guests according to company standards, communicating clearly and politely, and using proper telephone etiquette.
