Job Duties
- Complete closing duties including storing all reusable goods and breaking down goods
- Clean all equipment and areas and return equipment to proper locations
- Lock refrigerators, restock items, turn off lights, lock doors, complete daily cleaning checklist
- Set up, stock, and maintain work areas
- Inspect cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silver prior to use
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
- Follow all company safety and security policies and report accidents and unsafe conditions to manager
