The Server Attendant’s responsibilities include assisting the server team by managing section flow and maintaining impeccable table settings with polished silverware, glassware, share plates, and napkins. You will also be responsible for pre-bussing and bussing tables, tidying spills and broken dinnerware immediately while adhering to safety standards, and keeping equipment clean and in good working order.
