Job Requirements
- Availability for seasonal full-time employment
- preferred day shift availability
- preferred open availability including weekends
- preferred experience in food and beverage or culinary roles
- ability to follow company standards and procedures
- good physical condition to stand and lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- willingness to complete safety training and certifications
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent

Job Duties
- Complete closing duties including storing reusable goods
- break down goods and clean all equipment and areas
- return equipment to proper locations
- lock refrigerators and doors
- restock items and turn off lights
- complete daily cleaning checklist
- set up stock and maintain work areas
- inspect cleanliness and presentation of china glass and silver
- maintain cleanliness throughout the day practicing clean-as-you-go
- follow company safety and security policies and report unsafe conditions
- ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
- welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
- communicate clearly and professionally
- answer telephones with appropriate etiquette
- develop and maintain positive working relationships
- support team to reach common goals
- listen and respond to concerns of employees
- ensure adherence to quality expectations
- perform physical tasks including standing sitting walking lifting moving objects up to 50 pounds
- perform other reasonable job duties as requested
