The role of Server at F1 Arcade is essential in delivering this unique experience. Reporting directly to the Hospitality Manager, the Server position is designed for individuals passionate about hospitality and guest engagement. The Server is responsible for providing warm, knowledgeable, and attentive service to all guests, ensuring that each visit is personalized and enjoyable. The position requires physical stamina, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods. Job Requirements

- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently
- Strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Provide warm, engaging, and knowledgeable service to all guests
- Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of food and beverages
- Anticipate guest needs and personalize service to enhance their visit
- Handle guest questions, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and urgency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service area
- Follow all company service standards and procedures, including opening, running, and closing duties
- Support team members and management in achieving smooth service flow
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar to ensure accurate and timely order delivery
- Work closely with hosts, bartenders, runners, and other servers to ensure a unified and efficient service
- Participate in pre-shift briefings, service recaps, and ongoing training
- Provide support in other areas of the venue as needed to meet guest needs and operational demands
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all menu offerings, ingredients, and promotions
- Make informed recommendations to guests and upsell where appropriate
- Understand dietary requirements and allergens and communicate clearly with the kitchen team
